The People Behind Your Visual Story
We're not your typical production crew. Each of us brings something different to the table—different backgrounds, different ways of seeing things, different reasons we fell in love with video work. But we share one thing: we care deeply about helping you tell stories that actually matter to your audience.
How We Actually Work
You won't find rigid hierarchies here. Our team structure is deliberately flat because the best ideas come from conversations, not command chains. The person operating the camera on Monday might be helping shape your content strategy on Tuesday.
This approach came from experience—too many projects where good ideas got lost because someone wasn't "senior enough" to speak up. We decided that was nonsense.
- Everyone contributes to creative direction
- Technical expertise shared across roles
- Direct client contact with actual creators
- Honest feedback loops throughout projects
Real Expertise, Real People
Our team includes folks who've worked on documentary films, commercial campaigns, corporate training videos, and everything in between. Some of us have film school degrees. Others learned by doing.
What matters is that we've each spent years figuring out what makes visual content work—and what makes it fall flat. You get the benefit of all that accumulated knowledge, whether your project is a simple interview or a complex multi-location shoot.
- Cinematography and lighting specialists
- Audio engineers who actually care about sound
- Editors who understand pacing and story
- Producers who keep things moving smoothly
Why We Do This Work
Ask anyone on our team why they're here, and you'll get different answers. Some love the technical challenges. Others are drawn to storytelling. A few just really enjoy solving weird production problems.
But there's a common thread—we all believe video done right can change how people understand something. Whether that's understanding your product, your mission, or your message, we want to be part of making that connection happen.
The Tools and Techniques
We're equipment agnostic. Seriously. The best camera for your project might be a cinema-grade setup or it might be something much simpler. We focus on what will actually serve your goals, not on using the fanciest gear.
Same goes for techniques. We've mastered traditional approaches and we stay current with new methods. But we choose based on what fits your specific situation, not what's trendy at the moment.
- Extensive equipment collection for various needs
- Post-production capabilities in-house
- Color grading and audio mixing
- Flexible workflow to match your timeline
Training That Never Stops
The video production field changes constantly. New cameras, new software, new distribution platforms, new audience expectations. Standing still means falling behind.
So we don't. Every few months, someone on the team is learning something new—maybe it's a lighting technique, maybe it's workflow software, maybe it's understanding how algorithm changes affect content strategy. Then they share what they learned with the rest of us.
This continuous learning shows up in your projects. When new approaches make sense for what you're trying to achieve, we can implement them. When they don't, we explain why and suggest alternatives that will actually work better.
Meet Some of Our Team
Declan Kowalski
Lead Cinematographer
Declan spent his early career shooting nature documentaries in remote locations, which taught him patience and how to work with unpredictable conditions. Now he brings that same adaptability to corporate and commercial work. He's the person you want when lighting conditions are terrible or the schedule gets compressed—he always finds a way to make it work.
Tavish Lindberg
Senior Editor
Before joining us, Tavish edited everything from music videos to educational content to promotional material for nonprofits. That range shows in his work—he understands how pacing changes depending on your audience and goals. He's also become our go-to person for color grading, having spent the last few years really diving deep into that craft.
